Cancellation Policy

At Motion Soft, we understand that sometimes project plans may change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully:

1. Software & Services Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at info@motionsoft.com.bd.
  • Requests are valid before project milestones are approved or before full delivery of the software.

2. Refunds on Cancellation

  • If the project is cancelled before any work has begun, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued.
  • If the project is cancelled after work has started, Motion Soft will retain payment for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.

3. Custom Software Projects

  • For custom software, cancellation fees are based on the signed milestone agreement.
  • Once milestones are approved and delivered, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Services & Support Packages

  • Monthly or subscription-based services can be cancelled at any time.
  • Refunds for partial months may be considered at Motion Soft’s discretion.
