1. Digital Products & Software Licenses

  • All software, licenses, and digital products provided by Motion Soft are non-tangible and non-returnable.
  • Once a product or license is delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered only in case of technical issues where the delivered product fails to meet the agreed specifications.
  • Requests for refund must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence of the issue.
  • Motion Soft reserves the right to verify and assess the claim before issuing a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.

4. Custom Software Development

  • For custom software projects, refund eligibility is based on the project milestone agreement signed by both parties.
  • Once development milestones are approved and delivered, refunds will not be issued.

5. Support & Fixes

  • Motion Soft provides technical support to resolve issues related to our products.
  • We are committed to fixing bugs or errors before considering a refund.
